How can I overcome my fear?

I have a fear of staying home alone,read my story.





Just last week I was home alone with my five dogs and ferret.I'm fifteen.My dogs names are Angel,the small shy one,Tyson,the big tough one,Harry,the funny clumsy one,Daphne,the cute outgoing one,and Meatball,the big chunky one.They're all bulldogs.My ferret is white and blind.His name is Tytus. I was one the couch my dogs and all the sudden I hear a loud BANG!The dogs begin barking.Tyson runs and bites the intruder,he shoots him and he falls to the ground.Angel and Daphne are hiding on the couch.Meatball comes trotting in and growls when the man shows his gun Meatball runs.Harry runs in and falls the man laughs and kicks him.I cry trying to help Tyson.The man runs when he found out my baby Daphne calls 911.the police catch him and arrest him.



Now...Tyson is in the animal hospital,dying.And Harry has a sprang leg.Daphne and Meatball are depressed and Angle is scared of tall men now.



Help...

How can I overcome my fear?
Well, I believed you up to the dog calling 911 part.

i am about to cry.

jsut keep a gun close to where your going to be.

practice staying home alone, but not for a long period of time, try about 30 minutes then go to a hour then more.

things like that are bound to happen sometime. i am afraid to stay home alone too, but i do try that nd it is easier!

Reply:The fact is that this kind of crap happens, but we all have to face it. What are you gonna do follow your parents around everywhere they go? What about when you have to move out? for now maybe you should get an alarm system in your house... and BTW: sorry about your dogs hope everything turns out okay!

Reply:tell your self that theres not alot of chance of that ever happening again.try and start by staying home with a friend, then try to stay home with the friend in another room, so u cant see them, then try it with ur friend on a different floor. then the next time, try it with your nebors knowing you are trying this, and have them check on you every little while. then try it with people knowing your home, but dont come to check on you, so maybe you will get over it by then, and you can stay home by yourself.

you could try and get somthing that you really love, an animal, or a blanket, and hug it or somthin. you could try getting to train your dogs to pretect you.
