Heeey!
The plunger is in the house... But you got to go through a shortcut to get it.
If you go to smugglers cove and i think it may be the first warp gate you get too.. and theres this plank of wood that makes it looks like the floor was broken in there. Well head smash that.. and it takes you to this place in the manor with this random ghost with a yellow coat on saying beware.....go to the room behind him obv perssing the buttons first.. then the next room you got to save shaggy... and then go through the door in one of the rooms on the right.. keep following that untill you get to a room with ghosts keys and fires ( you cant do that room yet untill you have bubblegum) at the front of the room theres the plungers!.
