What's the name of the episode?

My sister was telling me about this episode of Frasier and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what season it was from and what episode it was.

It was one where Niles and Daphne were having dinner on the roof on an apartment I think, and Niles gets locked on the stairs with a spider. When Daphne asks how he's doing, he replies with something like, "I`m fine. I think I've realized that it is more scared of me than I am of it," but then adds "Oh no! It's not in its corner, it's not in it's corner!"
