What kind of guinea pigs do I have?

I think the short haired girl, that's my Daphne, is an American guinea pig...are the other 2 the Abyssinian or however you say/spell it? Thanks!!

What kind of guinea pigs do I have?
I agree that they are NOT abyssinians. An Abby should look like it has cowlicks all over its body, with hair sticking out in all directions. Its hard to tell on your black one because we dont have a side view, but unless her coat has lots of circles of hair sticking out on the sides, an abyssinian she's not. You have two tortishell and one self. the gold and the black have an unusual sheen to thier coats which probably makes them satins. The extra length in the coats of those two also suggest a cross with a long haired breed of guinea pig, probably a sheltie. If they are still young they're coats may grow out into a full sheltie coat, but most likely you have a nice pair of mixed breed guinea pigs :) Congrats on a nice pair of pets :) -Neb
Reply:i dont think they are abyssinians as they have correnets allover there bodies and i cant see any on yours.

if u got them from a pet shop chances are they are crosses.
