Is this feeling & idea normal?

The feeling %26amp; idea of sometimes wanting to see the virgin lady die.

The feeling of seeing a wholesome, pretty cartoon character like Daphne Blake and see the pursed, pink lips, long soft red locks, and creamy pale skin and lovely blue eyes and think about how pure and sheltered she must be.

I mean admiring a beautiful, pure, virgin from afar %26amp; how sheltered she is not from reality but from being impure by thinking cruel %26amp; callous thoughts, thinking about sex, and just not having a trace of "dirt" anywhere. She is straight-laced, glowingly pure, and could have a halo.

She's mean though in the sense she is above you %26amp; never looks your way. you like the fact that she is so out of reach%26amp;far from your world, even if she isnt literally, she is far from your grasp

But you wonder...what if a spell was cast on her like sleeping beauty %26amp; she was led away from her castle into the forest by a mysterious figure and never returned.

The feeling of to touch the holiness of a virgin not sexually??

Reply:It's probably normal in a archaic sort of way. The idea of virginal women being "pure" and "innocent" versus "dirty" and "unclean" seems to be a very ancient way to look at someone. It's a bit like putting someone out of your reach and more like falling in love with the idea of who they are and not necessarily the person. You'd be surprised at what can go on in these "pure and wholesome" womens minds sometime.



I get the feeling with kids sometime - not in a sexual way! but just that they're so happy and innocent and they're lucky that they haven't been exposed to how the world can work (obviously some kids have been introduced to this world). It's too bad we all can't have that happy innocense in us.



Overall I think the idea is normal historically but you should probably join the rest of us in the present and stop thinking of women like this. Or at least be consistent and notice men in the same way too (if that's possible).
