Who is Scooby?

In the movie, Scooby Doo, Freddie Prinze acted as Fred,

Sarah Gellar acted as Daphne, Matthew Lillard as Shaggy and veteran Linda Cardellini as Velma.



Who acted as Scooby? How did they put the Scooby costume onto the actor for him to act like a dog?

Reply:There was no actual actor for the part of Scooby. It was a computer animated character. An actor did his voice, but not sure who it was.
Reply:They didn't. Scooby was computer generated, just as Rocky %26amp; Bullwinkle were in their movie (and most of the soldiers in The 300, and most of the people falling off the sinking Titanic in that movie)

Reply:Neil Fanning did the voice, the character was CGI
Reply:The dog that you see in the movie is a computer generated graphic. The dog was voiced by Neil Fanning who was not the original voice in the cartoon series. That person, Don Messick, died in 1997.
Reply:Scooby was computer generated with Neil Fanning providing the voice. Scrappy Doo was voiced by Scott Innes whilst Scrappy Rex was voiced by J.P. Manoux who's currently guest starring in E.R. as Dr Crenshaw.
