What kind of Sushi do you like?

Konichiwa my fellow users, just wondering what kind of sushi you like. I like California Roll, yum!

What kind of Sushi do you like?
I love all types. My favorite is probably the Spider Roll, that's also a type of roll I can get at pretty much every sushi joint. But there are some specific types available at restaurants in my area. Two restaurants in my area serve a Texas Roll, at the first restaurant it is basically a California Roll wrapped with an extra layer of seaweed with eel between the seaweed and the roll and some rice paper strips on top and at the other restaurant it is just salmon, tuna, and yellowtail wrapped in seaweed and rice (I prefer this one). There's also another place that has "fast food" sushi and they have a roll named after our city and it has tempura yam, crab, avocado, cucumber wrapped in rice and seaweed with a slightly spicy sauce (not sure what kind) and green onions on top, it's wonderful. And another (I swear this is the last one) is a specialty roll that can be found at only two restaurants in town (owned by the same person) and it's shrimp tempura and avocado with a soy wrap and topped with spicy tuna.
Reply:Crabsticks, prawn, magoro (tuna filet), toro (tuna belly), pink salmon belly, mango w/crabstick.

Reply:I like California Rolls with extra avocado, and Philly Rolls-they have cream cheese in them, mmm. There was one I had in a restaurant that has fried shrimp in it, that was pretty good.
Reply:I like any kind with fish roe (eggs) on them. Those little crunchy eggs are so much fun to eat.

But I'll eat any kind of sushi. Yellow tail is wonderful! Best brain food available!

Reply:I work for a restraunt that makes sushi, mine is the california roll. I have asked alot of restraunts as i travel with the company, and most of the people like California rolls aswell they won't eat raw fish!!?? Go figure huh
