Honest opinions on these names please?
beatrice is awful

don't like daphne, galatea, imelda and wren

love chantelle, phoebe and ebony
Reply:What's with the spelling? I hate name butchers, you're just ruining normal names. Please, for the sake of the child, give it a normal name so it can fit in. There's no need for "unique" names, that's just another word for wierd. I'd pick Ashley, spelled normally. And wtf is "chantelle" sounds like a chandelier brand. Also word of advice, no names under 4 letters. And charity is awful. Ebony is ok, kinda. Violet is a gorgeous name, when spelled normally (wtf is "violette") keep in mind, this name will be with the child, FOREVER. I mean the child can change but that's rare-ish. Anyway good luck, I hope your child gets a NORMAL name. Normality is great.
Reply:If you like nicknames, then I think Beatrice (Bea) is adorable.

If you don't really care then I have to say that a really unique and pretty name to me is Violette.

And just generally I really like the name Pheobe. It seems somewhat simple and sweet to me.

Best of luck! =]
Reply:Robyn would go great with Elizabeth!
Reply:MY FAVORITES ARE:

DAPHNE

ROBYN

TIA

VIOLETTE

THE OTHERS SEEM SORT OF OUT THERE AND SPELLING-WISE, I THINK THE POOR GIRL WOULD DIE BY THE TIME SOMEONE WOULD SPELL THEM RIGHT
Reply:Most of them are great, there are only a few that I strongly recommend against.

Beatrice (I know it's popular but it's still an ugly old lady name)

Ebony (Isn't that a black fashion magazine?)

Galatea (seriously!?!?!?)

Imelda (why would you name your daughter after a dictator?)

Sapphire (there are disturbing racist undertones to that name)
Reply:aimee - Good name

ashlie - Great name (expect preppy girl)

beatrice - NO ( Who likes to beat rice)

chantelle - Can't even pronounce it.

charity - What if the child hates poor people or sick kids...Think about it.

daphne - Eh

ebony - Cool name, I personally love it but that's what I named my black lab

galatea - eh

imelda - Eh

nola- Eh

pheobe - Sounds cool

robyn - Yeps it's ok

sapphire - What if you have a butt fuc5ing ugly kid

tia - it's ok

violett - Beautiful name but what again if the child is ugly

Reply:Nola or Wren
Reply:Before i start i would like to wish you best of luck with your baby!! I quite like the names Tia, and Wren. Those would probably have to be my favs. Best of luck!!!
Reply:From 40 to 16 to one - it feels impossible sometimes, doesn't it?

Some of these names are so exotic, I'm not sure they'd wear well on a child. I *do* like unusual though, and there are some great names on this list.

IMHO, your strongest choices are Nola, Phoebe, Daphne and Wren.

I love Wren, but Wren Gould is a bit abrupt. So I think I'd vote for Daphne Elizabeth Gould. It's interesting, and different, but not so unusual that she'll feel burdened by her name. The jazz musician Django Reinhardt has a piece of music called Daphne - it's one of my favorites, so I've always been fond of the name.

Best wishes!
Reply:all very good except no beatrice or wren sounds like a bird! but i especially like charity, aimee, sapphire and pheobe!
Reply:Aimee- Nice, I like the spelling!

Ashlie- Again, a nice, sweet sounding name.

Beatrice- Sorry, but that's a horrible name!

Chantelle- Nice name for anyone!

Charity- I have a friend named Charity, it doesn't sound good on her now that she's almost 40.

Daphne- Nice, but she will probably get made fun of.

Ebony- wood?

Galatea- WHAT?!

Imelda- WHAT?! (sorry, but those are horrible names!)

Nola- Pretty, sounds like a great name!

Pheobe- No, it's a horrbile name for anyone under 20.

Robyn- Love it!

Sapphire- Maybe a middle name, but not as a first name.

Tia- Pretty, simple. And cute!

Violette- Names that start with V always get made fun of with little kids (just saying)

Wren- Sounds to much like a bird.

I'd go with Chantelle Robyn or Ashlie Tia Sapphire (2 middle names) You could also put Chantelle Elizabeth Robyn or Ashlie Tia Elizabeth

You need to realize that it doesn't matter what we think, you're her mother!

Congratulations!

chantelle elizabeth gould

Maybe you can choose also with their meanings after you decrease the # of choices.
