OK, so I started looking for some new bands today to mix up my music a little I found some one that I liked do you have any suggestions of good bands?

What are some good bands?
These are what I consider my favorites, but I have some songs from most of the bands you listed...and I like all of those. Yours are slightly more upbeat (for lack of a better word) than mine, but they're all good alternative rock, generally. I choose mine based on original sound and lyrics.

Cartel, Say Anything, Jack's Mannequin, Dashboard Confessional, Hinder, Seether, The Scene Aesthetic.

I mostly listen to Linkin Park or Evanescence.



Though you should also listen to Skillet they are good, but they are a Christian Band. You could also try listening to Mercy Me they are another good Christian Band. ^_^

You have got to try M.I.A.'s CD "Arular" - it will have you wanting more - you won't be able to listen to anything else for a while, you'll keep playing it over %26amp; over....



For fun, current, addictive music try Maroon 5 %26amp; Gym Class Heros - they are great bands, their songs get better the more %26amp; more you listen to them....
