Baby name help!! some of these need middle names?
Rosalind Scout Hyde - Rosalind is beautiful, but I'm not sure I care for it with the surname Hyde. Especially with the potential shortening Rosie (a Rosie Hyde is not a pretty picture LOL). Likewise, while I like Scout, I prefer it as a nickname and probably wouldn't pair it with a last name that is also a one-syllable word.

Daphne Claire Hyde - love everything about this! ;) Intriguing. Classic. Works with your last name. Beautiful!

Daisy Alanis Hyde - Daisy has always been a favorite, and it's not nearly as problematic with your last name as most other word names would be. I like it! Not sure I'd use Alanis in the middle, but it's not terrible.

Xamantha Glenrowan Hyde - just looks like someone misspelled Samantha, and as there is no X root here, makes very little sense. I'm not that into Glenrowan unless it has special meaning, although I do like Rowan, Glenna, Glennora, Glenys, etc.

Sarah Maude Clarise Hyde - is Sarah Maude a double name? If so, it is interesting. I like it! ;) I prefer Clarice to Clarise, especially with the -iss rather than -ees ending sound (like the end of Alice).

Sydney Claudia Hyde - Sydney seems far more common, trendy and masculine/unisex than your other choices, and looks very unbalanced with Hyde (all those Ys!). Not for me.

Astrid Camille Hyde - love it. Not sure about the D endings here, but it's not that bad.

Calista - always a favorite. I actually sort of prefer this to Claire as a middle name for Daphne! Especially since it would avoid the slight one-syllabe problem with Daphne Claire Hyde. ;) Not what you had in mind, I know, but I liked it immediately. LOL

Atanasia - I like Anastasia, and can even appreciate Athanasia (though the similarity to "euthanasia" is unfortunate), but Atanasia sort of reminds me of a sinus medication, I'm sorry to say.

Gretchen - love it! And Greta is too sweet, if you'd use it! Maude or Camille as a middle name seems doable.

Barett Ross Hyde - not my favorite with your last name.

Amicus Caleb Hyde - not familiar with it, so I can't comment. Caleb is a nice middle name, though.

Byran Constantine Hyde - never liked Byran/Byron. Always strikes me as an overly-pretentious "not Brian." LOL

Gilbert Elias Hyde - love it. Easily my favorite boy combo! ;)

Gamlyn - sorry. Just brings to mind "gambling."

Cruz - not unless you're Hispanic, and not with your single-syllable surname.
Reply:These mostly all suck. About all I can see here is this:

Oh, first of all; SCOUT? sure, why not "Hunter Scout" or something even dumber.

Claire is nice.

Glenrowan is dumb, but how about Glennis, that's Chuck Yeagers wifes name. Named all his aircraft "Glamourous Glennis". Or maybe Glenn or Glynn?

Clarise I like, kinda cute it was Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeers g/f's name.

The boys names are all hopeless (maybe that Byran or Byron?), although Constantine makes me think of the girls name Constance (Connie for short?). I think some of these could be coupled with more common names like Susan, Beth or Beverly, Gina, Michelle, Ann or Anna, you know, "normal" names.

Glennis Michelle?

Claire Ann?

Constance Camille?

Sarah Clarise?

Clarise Ann?

Here's an original, how about Clairah? (Clara)
Reply:WOW some of those names are way way out there!! But Pretty!!

Reply:I like Byron Cruz Hyde for a boys name and what do you think of Gamlyn Alexi Hyde for a girls name.
Reply:in my family it has been a long standing tradition that the first born son has the fathers first name as his middle name and the first born daughter has the middle name of the mothers first name. I only had a son so he was Christopher Malcolm

his middle name is his fathers first name. I f I would have had a girl her name would have been Rebbecca Yvonne my name as her middle name. I have the middle name Patricia after my moms first name. I don't know if this helped but its something to think about.
Reply:Rosalind Scout-I like.

Daphne Claire-I like

Daisy Alanis-I like Daisy, Alanis just sounds like you're a super fan of the singer.

Xamantha Glenrowan-Hate this. She will grow up to be one of those overweight girls who plays dunegeons and dragons.

Sarah Maude-I like Sarah, Maude makes me think of Bea Arthur's old old show.

Sydney Claudia-Doesn't even flow well

Astrid Camille-don't like it.

Calista is pretty. I'd probably go with Daphne Calista. Daphne is a great name.

Atanasia-Awful.

Gretchen-makes me think of that annoying country singer. But It's better than Atanasia. What about Gretchen Claire?

Barett Ross-I like both names, but I don't think they flow well together.

Amicus Caleb-Don't like.

Bryan Constantine-Constantine reminds me of that American Idol reject who is in love with himself.

Gilbert Elias-I like Elias. Gilbert makes me think of little house on the prairie.

Gamlyn-another dungeons and dragons 'fantasy' type name. Don't do that to your kid.

Cruz-sounds like a last name.
Reply:I'd make some slight changes to your choices like:

Rosalind Clarissa

Samantha Glennyth

Sydney Claudine

Calista Gwenyth

Anastasia Adelle

Gretchen or Gretel or Greta Ariana

Cranston Carter

Gamlyn or Cruz - uhuh!
