I'm very sorry to hear about your friend and your generally bad day. I know what that's like. My grandmother died last week, and it's definitely taking some time to get used to.

I like to listen to my some of my favorite songs when I'm feeling down. This is Not an Exit is my favorite, by Saves the Day. I couldn't find a really good recording on youtube, but this one seems to have the whole song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HTi43aBPo...

I also like Your Guardian Angel by The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, I'll Catch You by The Get Up Kids, My Blue Heaven by Taking Back Sunday and Somewhere Only We Know by Keane.

Reply:I'm sorry to hear you've had a bad day. I myself have been having quite a terrible week, so I'm just going to give you a list of some of the songs that are really getting me through right now (and all are similiar to bands you listed above).
